McDonnell Tower is an eleven floor high rise building with 162 fully renovated one bedroom apartments. McDonnell is an independent affordable community for seniors 62 years and older.
Features of the building include, a elegantly furnished and brightly lit lobby with tons of seating and community activities spaces for games and resident activities. There is also a computer center with computers and printers and a fully stocked library. Each floor has a sitting area and activities area lounging.
Our Community:
There is an Annex connecting both River Park and McDonnell towers and houses a community convenience store, barber and beauty shop. The Annex also has a dining hall where resident events, meetings, and activities are held. This Annex leads to the Resident Recreation Center where we have a resident movie theatre and a pool, gaming and café lounge. The annex also has a large community kitchen where cooking classes and resident events and activities are held. There is also a fully equipped fitness center and lounge area with a fire place. The annex also host the offices of our Resident Services team with our full-time Activities Director, Resident Services Coordinator( fully licensed Social Worker).
